Andre Poirier, President & CEO
Mr. Andre Poirier, age 54, is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President and is also a director of the Corporation. He holds a college degree in Information Technology and was the founder and president of APG Solutions and Technologies Inc. (“APG”), a private company which provided Information Technology consulting services. Starting from zero, APG came to generate $80 million in revenues, realized several major acquisitions, had offices across Canada and internationally (Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, the South of France, New York and Washington) and employed over 800 consultants. Since the sale of APG in 2000, Mr. Poirier founded Spinlogic Corporation, to offer strategic advices to emerging and growing enterprises.
Camil Bourbeau, Director Operations
With more than 8 years experience in the operational management of business processes, Mr. Bourbeau is in charge of operations and customer service at Negotium Technologies since July 2000. His responsibilities include the delivery of Negotium Technologies' solutions and services based on the client's needs and requirements. Previously at BCE, Mr. Bourbeau held a senior Business Analyst position within the corporate Internet services department. His experience has enabled him to develop his expertise regarding business processes and needs. Realizations to date includes study and integration of over 175 partners for large retailers; migration of partners and implementation of validation processes and electronic invoicing; Analysis of supply chains and internal exchanges in the manufacturing sector.
